Once Upon A Time I Lived In Chronic Pain

Author: Robert Gould

Being a chronic pain sufferer myself, I can tell you first hand that chronic pain sufferers are tremendously discriminated against. Being one of millions of Americans who suffer from chronic pain on a daily basis, I can also also testify that chronic pain goes grossly under-treated and millions of Americans suffer needlessly in pain everyday. With today's medicine, and the resources that we are privileged to have in this country, not a single person should ever suffer out of neglect from chronic pain.

Due to various circumstances, government regulations, and other factors, physicians as a whole in the medical community are skeptical and somewhat hesitant when treating people in chronic pain. Some physicians flat out refuse to treat people with chronic pain, and that is a shame. Some physicians will barely treat people in chronic pain which is also a shame. If your fortunate like I was, a chronic pain sufferer who found a compassionate physician that believes in treating chronic pain efficiently, responsibly and effectively on a drug therapy program.

After suffering years and years from chronic pain, I thought I would never find the relief needed to treat my pain. I thought living in pain would have to become a way of life After seeking treatment from several different doctors and pain management programs with no positive results, I finally found a program that believes in truly treating chronic pain with narcotic pain relievers and discovered living in pain would not be a way of life.
